Can we still like contemporary art? And what ís Conceptual Art? What’s the difference between modern and contemporary art?

These questions will be addressed in two lectures and an art tour organized together with the Bonnefanten Museum Maastricht.

The focus will be on important developments in contemporary art since the 1960's. Of course the collection of the Bonnefanten Museum will play an important role. The landslide in the field of contemporary art since the 60's has not only generated a new type of art but also required a considerable mind switch from the viewer.
